I discovered the puff pastry you left over in the fridge and realized that you had been away for almost 3 weeks. The cookbook we borrowed is due to return. I am going to renew it for your coming back.

Things were going badly in the past months. Having struggled in every move, I have finally adapted to the change. I have stopped grumbling. I know I am lucky already compared to what you have to face.

Not every change we can cope with, some we cannot. We can only pray for a peaceful mind to accept it so as to make our mortal life easier in the earth. After all, we are just hopeless incapable mortals waiting for the punishment to come.
